The recordings in this series depict Gantömör and his in-laws who have gathered to shear lambs. The extended family have been shearing for several days, working in rotation at each household. Since the households in this group have substantial livestock holdings, the process takes several days. The clips at the end of this series show members of the group collecting water from an ephemeral (seasonal) lake and milking camels.
